Our wine club is held every
6 weeks with a new country being explored every time. It is
an exciting way to make new friends and experience foods from
across the globe. The speciality wines tasted on the evenings
are only found from the renowned Boutinot wines.
So far we have roamed through
Spain and experienced tastes and smells from
the European wine drinking country, sailing over the Mediterranean
we entered
Italy, sampling the authentic culinary delights of Mussels
Arrabiata and escalope
of veal finishing with a potent grappa.
This Month we are exploring the Southern
Hemisphere heading to Austrailia & New Zealand.

Thyme, Shiraz reduction.
Fontys Pool Pinot Noir
2002 was an excellent year for Pinot Noir resulting in a deep

The palate is long and generous with both its primary fruit
and savory tones.
Dessert
Warm Ginger bread, roast Pear
and buttermilk Sorbet.

Shiraz
The wine displays ripe Shiraz fruit on the nose with aromas
of Raspberry, Cherry and Earthy spice. The palate is luscious
